We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa Maria Vekri, staying in the charming room number 9. It felt more like staying in a small traditional island house rather than a typical hotel room. The spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and clean bathroom were perfect for our family of four. The highlight was definitely the beautiful verandas overlooking the lush garden, providing a peaceful place to unwind after exploring the island. The attention to detail from the hosts and the extraordinary cleanliness of the property made our stay truly special. Highly recommended hidden gem in Chora!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and the port. The garden surrounding the hotel was a beautiful place to relax and enjoy breakfast. The rooms were well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality of the owners, George and Yiota. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, from picking us up at the port to treating us to homemade cake. I highly recommend Villa Maria Vekri for an amazing experience in Koufonisia.

Drawback: The lack of air conditioning may be inconvenient during hotter seasons, but the ceiling fan provided sufficient cooling for us.
